COCKPIT: The cockpit features two blue upholstered captain seats in great condition. Driver and Passenger Air Bag Power Locks Power Windows and Sun Visors. In front of passenger in dash vents and cup holders. In the middle of Passenger and Driver a map holder and in dash: Radio lighter vent A/C & Heat Controls. In Front of driver adjustable steering wheel with horn cruise control settings overdrive windshield wiper controls light controls and vents. Dash Gauges: Temp Speedometer Fuel and Battery.
Carpet in cockpit in great condition. Above two map reader lights and Chinook control panel for vehicle boost start driving lights generator and coach batteries.
LIVING/DINING AREA: Living and dining area features bench style dinette with blue upholstered seats in great condition and wood laminate table that easily is taken down to covert dinette into sleeper. Window behind it with pull down cloth blinds and decorative valance. Above dinette dome light outlet two wood storage cabinets and on back wall key holder. Across from Dinette is matching upholstered sofa in great condition. Sofa pulls out into sleeper. Large window behind sofa with pull down cloth blinds and decorative valance. Above Sofa is two dome lights and outlets. On ceiling above Living and Dining area is Duo Therm Air Conditioning Unit. This area also features on wall above cockpit an AudioVox Television with remote Vision xxxx VHS player with remote and large storage cabinet between them. This living area is very comfortable and in great condition please see pictures.
KITCHEN: Very cute kitchen that features two burner Wedgewood gas stove with vent above it that does have a light too and cabinet below stove. Dometic RV Microwave above vent. To the right of stove is a single door wood paneled Norcold Refrigerator with Freezer and below a cabinet. Across from Stove a dual stainless sink with one cutting board cover and one laminate wood cover that matches counter tops. Window above sink with pull down cloth blinds and decorative valance. Above sink a dome light outlet and wood cabinet. On side wall of sink paper towel holder and towel holder. Below sink sponge holder drawer one cabinet two pull out drawers switch for water heater and LP Detector. The wood cabinets and laminate counter tops in kitchen all in great condition.
BATHROOM: Private encloses bathroom by wood push bottom entry door. Inside bathroom it features Theftford Toilet Towel Holder Mirrored Medicine Cabinet Sink with Shower Sprayer and shower curtain. Bathroom area converts into shower area with drain on bottom.
REAR ENTRY: When you enter from the rear entry you first go up two manual steps then one inside step. When entering this Motor Home it is very obvious it has been well cared for and is in great condition. At the entry you will find fire extinguisher Dome light Onan Generator Timer and Large Storage Cabinet.
SUMMARY: This a nice Chinook Premier Mini Motor Home! Wow!!!! For a xxxx coach this one is very very nice. Very clean inside and out. It starts runs and drives as it should. Interior is very clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind. Carpet in cockpit living area and kitchen in good condition and currently has plastic runners in place. Walls throughout are all clean however as with any used coach some may show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Solid wood cabinets throughout all shine nice look great and open and close properly. Counter tops throughout all look good. Dash appears to be in very good condition. Windshield appears to be in good condition and all other windows are good. TIRES: ALL TIRES FIRESTONE xxxx. Everything else we tested and/or checked was in proper working order at the time of this ad placement: roof air conditioning unit water pump lp leak detector range oven microwave refrigerator/freezer furnace water heater dash air radio television lights and markers and generator. Does come with some books and manuals.
