DIMENSION & SCOPE: The B2B InsideSales Account Manager will establish and maintain professional business relationships with assigned accounts. These roles primarily function to provide skilled outbound phone sales on behalf of our client, PayPal, to their prospective business customers. The sales approach is minimally scripted very consultative and requires experience in closing sales. Typically sales are more complex and have a slightly longer life cycle involving multiple contacts with the customer account prior to closing the sale. You'™ll also provide account management in selling to PayPal'™s business customers/accounts, acting as a main point of contact. This involves development and management of the customer relationship, keeping in mind the needs and requirements of the account. You will probe for information; gain an understanding of the business customer, create/find a need or pain point and position PayPal products/services as a solution sale for business customers. Success requires maintaining an in-depth detailed knowledge of PayPal products and services (for which we provide training) and the ability to communicate and discuss all aspects to be able to close sales with customers. Using this knowledge to educate business customers, explaining features/benefits, along with overcoming basic objections is essential to being successful in these sales roles. You WILL be required to meet sales goals (individual and team oriented) AND additional metrics/expectations as established by Program Management & Client requirements. Sales goals may vary by call, product/service type. Opportunities exist for growth, additional responsibility, assistance with training and mentoring of new Sales Account Managers.
