Furnished apt for male roommate, UTA (20 min to SLC/Ogden, Routes 470 and 455), avail 5/1, 3-month lease (6-month-to-year lease renewable thereafter. Things are chill, comfortable, very quiet around here (awesome part of town), which is great for study. Whether you're a student or just working, the UTA bus stop is right outside the condo on Main St in Bountiful, so it's perfect for transportation to and from Salt Lake and/or Ogden. Must be clean and respectful of property; bottom floor condo with small family above, so looking for someone who is relatively quiet, especially after 11pm; and, as smoking is banned by the Condo Association, no smoking in or around premises, just a heads up. Just a little about me: I'm very laid back, and enjoy working out (personal fitness), movies, Tolkien (I'm a HUGE fan, just letting you know, getting that out of the way ... not that it won't be apparent the minute you walk in the condo :) ... LOVE Peter Jackson's movies). My roommates tend to be huge game-freaks, though that's really not my thing, but it's awesome they like it so much (it's always awesome to really enjoy something you love to do; they in turn are always amused at my Tolkien nerd-dom). Anyway ... that's me ... I like fun conversation, but do keep to myself a lot, which allows you to do your thing, too, whatever that is.
