Hello everyone! I am a senior at USU, andI currently live in Briger Pointe which is right behind North Wal-mart. There is an aggie bus stop about a minute walk away from this beautiful apartment, which makes it perfect for USU students! Just be forewarned that I have an adorable, house trained dog, and I'm looking for people who are lgbt/mogai friendly. Male/female (or anything in between) doesn't bother me. My roommate is moving back to her parents house for a while. Her room is the master bed and bath, which can be a shared room for 270 each, or a private room for 540. The contracts are a year, and the rent is monthly. We pay gas, electricity, and internet, which comes to a total of about 70 each (with 3 people). All utilities are in my name, so whoever moves in will just pay them to me, and I will make sure the bills are paid (easier for you!). I also have a cleaning lady, and if you would like to live here, you must let her come and clean! She does light cleaning such as dusting, vacuuming, and windows once a week.
