WTS 1816 Model Harpers Ferry Musket in Ogden, Utah For Sale

Offered for sale an Original (NOT A REPRODUCTION!) (Reconverted) Model xxxx Harpers Ferry Flintlock Musket. Had it recently valued and inspected by collectors for authenticity. They both indicated this was converted to Cap Lock in the xxxx's and then converted back to Flintlock sometime after the Civil War. Barrel in the white. No cracks in stock (really nice condition) with makers car-touche opposite of lock-plate. Original steel Ram-rod with mushroom head and hand cut threads. Lock-plate is dated Harpers Ferry xxxx, with lock itself fully functional, good flint and Frizzen (Showers sparks). This would make a great piece for Mormon Battalion re-enactment. Price listed is firm as this Musket is a real gem. Sorry no bayonet.
